Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Refund requests are considered only in cases of service issues, technical failures, or non-delivery of promised services.
Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the subscription payment being charged.
How to Request
Send an email to khush@zonko.ai with subject "Refund Request" including your registered phone number and reason.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- The ₹1 trial activation fee is non-refundable
- Coin purchases are non-refundable once coins have been used
- Partial subscription periods are non-refundable
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:

What Happens After Cancellation?
Access Until End of Period
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all premium features until then.
Unused Coins
Any unused Gold Coins will be forfeited upon subscription expiry. Make sure to use your coins before the subscription ends.
No Prorated Refunds
No prorated refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. You will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription period.
Resubscribe Anytime
You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to premium features and benefits.
UPI AutoPay Mandate Cancellation
If you have an active UPI AutoPay mandate, you can manage or revoke it through your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) or by contacting our support team at khush@zonko.ai.
Cancelling the mandate will prevent future automatic charges but will not affect your current subscription period.
