1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Zonko Labs Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Hero - Daily Photo Status mobile application ("App", "Hero", or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Hero, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3. Service Description
Hero - Daily Photo Status is a mobile application that allows users to create personalized shareable images and creatives featuring their name and photo. The App provides:
Daily Templates
Good Morning, Good Night, and other greeting categories
AI Magic Mode
AI-powered image generation featuring your photo
Themed Content
Festival, spiritual, motivational, and other themes
Easy Sharing
Share to WhatsApp and other social platforms
4. Eligibility
To use Hero, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Have a valid mobile phone number for verification
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account by providing your name, photo, and phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
6.1 Free Trial
Hero offers a free trial period for new users. By starting the free trial, you authorize us to charge ₹1 (Indian Rupees One Only) as a trial activation fee via UPI AutoPay. The trial period is 3 (three) days from the date of activation.
6.2 Subscription
After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription. The subscription fee will be automatically debited from your linked UPI account on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
6.3 UPI AutoPay
By starting the trial or subscribing, you authorize Zonko Labs Private Limited to set up a UPI AutoPay mandate on your linked bank account for recurring payments. You can manage or revoke this mandate through your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) or by contacting our support.
6.4 Coin System
Gold Coins
Hero uses a virtual currency system called "Gold Coins" for AI-generated content (Magic Mode). Coins can be earned through:
- Sign-up bonuses
- Daily logins
- Referrals
- Subscription benefits
Additional coins can be purchased within the App. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
7. Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
7.1 Eligibility
Refund requests are considered only in cases of service issues, technical failures, or non-delivery of promised services.
7.2 Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the subscription payment being charged.
7.3 Process
Send an email to khush@zonko.ai with subject "Refund Request" including your registered phone number and reason.
7.4 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
7.5 Non-Refundable
The ₹1 trial fee is non-refundable. Coin purchases are non-refundable once coins have been used.
8. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App:
Upon cancellation:
- •Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- •You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
- •Any unused Gold Coins will be forfeited upon subscription expiry
- •No prorated refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
9. User Content and License
9.1 Your Content
By uploading your photo and providing your name, you grant Zonko Labs Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (generating personalized images).
9.2 Our Content
All templates, designs, AI models, and other content provided through Hero are owned by or licensed to Zonko Labs Private Limited. You may use the generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes including sharing on social media.

The App, including its design, features, templates, AI technology, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Zonko Labs Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Hero" and "Hero - Daily Photo Status" are trademarks of Zonko Labs Private Limited.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONKO LABS PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
